Mobbing Mobbing to nie tylko miejsce pracy i
związane z tym miejscem pracy zagrożenia. Ostatnio pojawiają
się artykuły pokazujące skalę tego zjawiska ale
również bardzo małą sprawność w pociągnięciu
do odpowiwedzialności tych, którzy mobbing stosują. Mobbing to
eufemizm dla określenia potwornego terroru psychicznego. Na naszej
stronie internetowej opisanych jest bardzo wiele naszych
doświadczeń związanych z potwornym terrorem psychicznym
(mobbingiem). Jedną z ofiar spektakularnego terroru psychicznego (mobbingu)
była ofiara dr. Ratajczaka. Mimo że w Polsce i Europie wiele
instytucji deklaruje pomoc ofiarom mobbingu, jakoś nikt nie kwapi się
do pociągnięcia do odpowiedzialności tych, którzy winni
są zamordowaniu dr Ratajczaka. My w szczególności w środowisku parafialnym zawiadywanym przez Słowika, i
polonijnym, bardzo odczuwamy wpływ mobbingu. Jesteśmy zupełnie
izolowani. Jako profesor mający znaczący dorobek naukowy a przy tym
dyrektor unikalnej w świecie Queen Jadwiga Foundation, jestem w
środowisku parafii tzw. polskich poniżany i deprecjonowany. To nie
tylko Słowik ale również ks. Ryba czy też ks. Gaweł
stosują mobbing mający na celu wyrządzenie bardzo dużej
szkody. W świetle ostatnich doniesień prasowych wydaje się,
że jest możliwe ukrócenie tych haniebnych praktyk mobbingu w
stosunku do parafian. Jest to bardzo poważne przestępstwo i w
oparciu o istniejące przepisy prawne można dochodzić
roszczeń z tego tytułu. Bardzo widoczne jest też stosowanie
mobbingu przez osoby takie jak B. Borusewicz, którzy piastują bardzo
wysokie stanowiska w państwie. Mobbing w stosunku do nas i naszej
organizacji przybiera monstrualne rozmiary. Najbardziej odczuwamy to w
Australii. Szczególnie w miejscu pracy i w miejscu zamieszkania.
Pracując na Melbourne University jako senior software engineer
byłem zmuszony do pracy w warunkach uwłaczających
godności ludzkiej. Zamierzam dochodzić na drodze prawnej
odszkodowań jako ofiara mobbingu. Podbnie moja żona poddawana
potwornemu terrorowi psychicznemu szczególnie na Monash University i w ACER.
Również w obecnym miejsu pracy nie wiele się zmieniło w tym
względzie. Jest to ogromna zasługa tzw. rządu polskiego jak
też instytucji takich jak ambasada czy konsulat. Również instytucje
Uni Europejskiej nie są zainteresowane w obronie nas Europejczyków przed
mobbingiem w Australii. Coś takiego jak pojęcie
„europejskości” nie istnieje. To co zauważamy tu w Australii. Takie
kraje jak Anglia czy Francja zainteresowane są tylko utrzymywaniem
„dobrobytu” w swych koloniach a sprawy Europy wydają się podporządkowywać
temu nadrzędnemu celowi. Jakoś nikt z posłów Parlamentu Europejskiego
nie odważy się zapytać prezydenta Francji jak to jest z tymi
francuskimi koloniami. Ile my Europejczycy musimy dopłacać do tego
aby utrzymywać odpowiedni pozom dobrobytu w koloniach tak aby
„dobrowolnie” zechciały nucić marsyliankę i
zachłystywać się hasłami
„wolność-równość-braterstwo”. Obawiam się, że
za takie pieniądze wiele krajów europejskich też dobrowolnie
dałoby się skolonizować. Tak wię mając nadzieję
na zbudowanie prawdziwej Uni europejskiej z Kolonią ale bez kolonii
wierzymy, że wkrótce uda się nam pociągnąć do
odpowiedzialności tych w Australi, którzy bezkarnie uprawiają
mobbing. Poniżej prezentujemy list do instytucji tak
zasłużonej w stosowaniu terroru psychicznego (mobbingu) w
Australii. Mamy nadzieję że w najbliższym czasie tego typu
organizacja będzie zdelegalizowana. ********************* Dear
Mr Swiatkowski, We
received a letter concerning the General Meeting. This letter is very
offending for us. This letter is written very unprofessionally. Information
about the previous General Meeting in 2010 is very confusing and intends to
be manipulative. We feel that it is purposefully written in the way to hide a
crime. In
the context of the General Meeting in 2011, we would like to propose the
following points. We
would like to be sure that some participant of the General meeting will not
attack us. In the past we were attacked during the General meeting and our
property was destroyed. Mr Swiatkowski send us again very offending letter
and we feel that during the General meeting a brutal attack on us will
continue. In this situation, we require assistance of the police to prevent
us from potential attackers. In this situation we would like also to ask the
police for arresting Mr Swiatkowski in the case when in the presence of the
other participants of the meeting, he will try to blackmail us and defame
us. We
would like to ask the police to investigate the crime connected with windows
installations. It was the matter of attacking us by workers, expelling us
from our flat and destroying our health or killing the old woman. This work
was carried out very unprofessionally and it was intended to destroy the
health and life of the people living in this building. As an engineer, I will
ask to set up a special commission for investigation of all anomalies of the
management of the company who carried out that work. The most important
problem to be investigated in this context is a crime committed with payment.
During the General meeting we would like Mr Swiatkowski to give the name of
the manager of the company and people from Body Corporate who were involved
in payment money for windows installation. We feel that this is a financial
malversation and that Mr Swiatkowski can be involved in this crime. We
do not agree for ‘selection’ of any Directors. In maintaining of the building
there is no need to engage people to do work that does not exist. The maintenance
of the building involves only ‘taking care’ of corridor, electricity, and
repairing some damages. In the past, some people called “directors” committed
very serious crimes. It caused very big damage to us and our organization. We
would like to underline that interfere with our private life of owners by
people from body corporate is committing a serious crime. No one has right to
interfere with our life or collect information about us. We will ask for
special commission under auspicious of the Human Right Commission and the
European Union Institutions for investigation of crims committed by some
people from body corporate. We
would like to get a name and address of the owner of the flat 22. We are
notoriously ‘attacked’ by tenants from that flat. We sent many letters to Mr
Klein about tenant from that flat. We would like to ask compensation from the
owner for all damage. I would like to ask Mr Swiatkowski to send information
to all owners that they are responsible for crimes committed by tenants renting
their flats. From the time when new tenant move to the flat 22 we are again
living under continuous stress. We
would like to point out that behaviour of the ‘directors’ and Mr Swiatkowski
is a matter of mobbing. As a
professor and engineer and director of the Queen Jadwiga Foundation, I am
permanently attacked by those people. My wife, as a senior public servant,
researcher in housing and safety area is also permanently attacked and
humiliated. We live so long in this building. We have the higher qualification
in the relevant area of expertise, we have a higher degree (PhD, MSc) and we
are isolated from the possibility to make decision about vital issues
concerning our life and our safety connected with living in this building.
This is also a matter of discrimination and racism. We’ll direct this matter
to the court in Europe. These
are only a few issues connected with crime committed by some ‘directors’ and
secretary Mr Klein and Mr Swiatkowski which we would like to raise. We
would like to ask how much money we pay to Mr Swiatkowski and detail
description of the work for which he is entitled to take our money. We would
like to ask Mr Swiatkowski to present this information at the General
meeting. The last issue is the matter of brutal discrimination. Some owners seam to have special privileges. In this situation we would like to ask to advertise position of a professional manager who will be able to tackle such a simple matter like maintenance of the building and coping with financial matters. We do not need body corporate to maintain our building and it should be option to ask any professional company for management issues connected with maintenance of this building. All other problems connected with owners or tenants in the context of the crime, should be referred to the police and to the court. We feel that Body corporate tries to use monopolistic practice to justify low quality service and create environment that is supportive for crime and terror. |
