Polska wersja będzie przedstawiona wkrótce i będzie wysyłana do polskich rządowych organizacji odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo Polaków mieszkających poza granicami Polski. W sytuacji kiedy tak wiele mediów zajmuje się sprawą poszukiwania nawet na Marksie Polaków którzy pomagali Żydom w czasie wojny nikt z Polaków piszących w polskich periodykach nie odważy się napisać o prześladowaniach Polaków przez Żydów. W Australii jak również w Polsce okupowanej przez Żydów Polacy eksterminowani są w czasach pokoju. Bardzo prosimy dziennikarzy wypisujących takie „glupoty” o pomocy Żydom o zajęcie się tematyką pastwienia się nad nami Polakami przez oprawców żydowskich. Bardzo prosimy o zaprzestanie tworzenia wrażenia że my jako Polacy musimy Żydom pomagać. Proszę pokazać chociażby jednego Żyda który w jakikolwiek sposób pomógłby polskiemu dziecku. Czy w Izraelu członek mniejszości europejskiej może zajmować jakiekolwiek wyższe stanowisko w rządzie Izraela? Wiele tego typu pytań powinni postawić polscy naukowcy którzy szkalują polski naród.

We are owners of the flat in the building in South Yarra. We paid for the flat a very big sum of money that ‘consumed’ nearly all our income over more than 10 years. However, we are forced to look for another flat. The reason is that living in our flat is dangerous to our health because of the “attacks” from tenants who are placed in our neighbourhood. This situation is arranged by Mr. Swiatkowski who claims to be a manager of the Body Corporate (institution that does not exist any longer). It is continuation of the psychological terror initiated by Mr. Klein, secretary of the Body Corporate. Mr. Klein is responsible for many crimes that were committed in our building. Mr. Klein and no one from the Body Corporate did not have any right to interfere with our private life and terrorize people who lived in our building. In the situation when we are terrorized by Mr. Swiatkowski and people who cooperate with him, it made impossible for us to live in our own flat. We are forced to look for another place to live. This is very burdensome for us and it causes very big financial damage to us and our organization. The worst thing is that it is very big traumatic experience because we found that in Australia everything can be stolen from us and there is a politics of the Australian Government to “implant” in us feeling to be citizens of the third category (inferior race). We would like to underline that buying a house is impossible for us because of the astronomical prices of houses in the context of our income. Prof. Les has been working for many years without any payment and he does not have any other income. We are also forced to donate money for the Queen Jadwiga Research Institute of Understanding in order to facilitate very important research on understanding. We not only do not have any financial support from the Australian Government or other Australian institutions but we feel that some people form the Australian Government and some Australian institutions are doing criminal activities to make very big damage to us and to our institution.

In order to prevent further damage to our health we would like to ask to help us to obtain the place (house or flat) where we can live and work safely.

We intend to give this flat to the Queen Jadwiga Foundation (QJF). For more than 10 years we have been using our flat to carry out research and some work for QJF. Our research is gaining the world wide recognition. Prof. Z. Les has been invited to be a member of the many scientific international boards and committees. All scientific papers and books are written in our flat. During writing of the very important book for Springer Verlag we were notoriously expelled from our flat by ‘bandits’ sent by Mr. Klein (Body Corporate). Currently we have signed a contract with Springer Verlag for a new book. We are afraid that the situation can repeat especially after receiving very offending e-mail from J. Swiatkowski who claimed to be a manager of the organization that not exists any longer.

QJF has been carrying out very important cultural and charitable activities, among others, organizing exhibitions of the works of art as part of the QJF Art&Science Gallery activities. Many important people from the Government, Consulates, and Embassies, from universities as well as from the organizations of the ethnic communities and people from the local communities have been invited to those exhibitions. The great popularity is gaining our activity among schools in Poland as well as in the local Polish community. Our charitable activities are very popular among Polish children.

QJF that carries out such important cultural and charitable activities, does not have any release from payment and no support from any Australian institution. Our application to be recognised as a scientific or a cultural organization was processed in a very special way and, as a result, was unsuccessful. In comparison to many institutions in Australia our very important, not only for Australia, scientific achievements are very purposefully “destroyed”. For many years prof. Z. Les, director of the QJF, has been working without any payment. We are also forced to donate money for the Queen Jadwiga Research Institute of Understanding in order to facilitate very important research on understanding.

Because of ‘bandits’ attacks on our organization we are afraid to invite new members in order not to exposed them for bandits or terrorists attack. This is one of the bigger obstacles in development of QJF. Our cultural heritage is not protected in Australia. Works of arts that belong to QJF, and that were presented at the exhibition in Australia were sent to Poland in order to protect them from destruction and stealing.

Minerals, that are part of the Strzelecki collection, are stored in our flat. This is not only very burdensome for us but also not appropriate for minerals which need to be stored in proper conditions. All equipment (computers, software, books) that are part of the QJRIU, are kept in our flat. It makes our life very difficult. We have only one bedroom flat; living room is adopted for place where we are forced to do research. Because of not enough space we had to adopt our bedroom to be place for “library” and storage for some equipment. In our place we have to keep also some objects from Malinowski collection and some works of art which were recently created for latest exhibition. The worst thing is that we are afraid that research facilities and all our research results and documents could be stolen. In order to prevent this we are forced to be all the time in our flat. In the past Mr. Klein (secretary of the Body Corporate) with some directors such as Mr. Shalbot, very purposefully made such a situation in which some criminals can have very easy access to our building. Only fact that prof. Les stays in our flat, it makes it possible to prevent us from burglary and attacks from bandits. Currently a new manager Mr. Swiatkowski continues “politics” that makes it very easy access to our building by criminals. Very often some people appear in the car in the backyard parking. They are not tenants in many cases their behaviour indicates that they could be criminals. There is a notice in front of the building saying that the parking is for residents only but no one is responsible for executing this rule. Mr. Swiatkowski is responsible for creation such a situation when he knows that anybody can park in the backyard and no one is taking any action against “assailant”. We feel that this is very purposefully organised by Mr. Swiatkowski who can belong to some criminal organization and use his “friends” to have easy access to property of the residents. We would like to add that Mr. Swiatkowski is not interested in doing things for which he is responsible such as management of the work which should be done in order to keep our building “in good shape”.

Mr. Swiatkowski is also responsible for notorious stealing our car space and by this, by making very big damage to us and to our organization. This car space is part of our donation to our organization and is used as a part of our charitable activities. It could happen only in Australia that property that belongs to a charitable organization could be stolen by Australian people. Many times we’ve reported crime that was committed in the building, and was damaging for us and our organization, and never any action was undertaken. This is part of a psychological terror because in this situation we are vulnerable for any bandits attack. We feel that creation of such a situation is part of the politics of people from the local council and politicians from ALP. Many times we were suggested that we should leave this place.

The things that are the most threatening to our health and our life is fact that tenants and owners who made very dangerous for our health and not necessary work in their flat. For many years we have been forced to live with a mentally ill person who was very purposefully placed in the flat below us. We feel that it was part of psychological research carried out by some people from Monash University, who used us as guinea-pig in a very cruel and unhuman research. That mentally ill man was “programmed” by some psychiatrist in order to make very big damage to our health. We were afraid to go out from our flat because several times he attacked us in the street. It was only miracle that we could survive such a cruel terror. Now we have tenants below and above that make it impossible to live in our flat. Especially tenant Harrison seems to be used by some people to make very big damage to our health. After so many traumatic experiences our health is deteriorating. Forcing us to live in such a condition (dangerous to our health) is killing us very slowly. This is difficult to imagine why the Australian Government, the Victorian Government, the Stonington City Council and many other organizations that are responsible for health, safety and prevention of Australian heritage are doing nothing in order to make us possible to live in normal condition. In this situation we would like to ask for giving us other house or flat in which we could work and live safely. We would like to underline that we have our flat which we bought for astronomical sum of money from which we are now expelled and in which living is dangerous to our health. In this situation we are forced to look for renting or buying another flat or house in which we would be able to live and work for our organization.

We came to Australia and from the beginning our degrees, our driving licences and our human dignity was stolen from us by people such as Mr. Keating or Ms. Kirner. Being invited to Australia as professionals, from the beginning we were forced to live in the very poor conditions. We as Polish professionals, were subjected to very inhuman, costly and humiliating medical examinations organised by the Australian Embassy in Poland before coming to Australia, and we had to proof that we have very good health. After living for three months in conditions of the labour camp in Australia, Prof. Les was taken to the hospital because of the heart attack. The worst thing is that we feel that we were subjected to the psychological sterilization. Forcing us to live in condition of the labour camp in Australia it was impossible to have children or even to adopt a child. People from the Australian Government who were responsible for “brining” us to Australia were very aware that forcing us to live in such condition is to make it impossible to have children or even to adopt a child. This was very cruel and racist destruction of our future as a family. We would like to claim 5mln dollars of compensation from the Australian Government for psychological sterilization and killing us, Polish elite, in a very cruel way. We would like to underline that we did not have to go to Australia. It was only very manipulative way of “stealing” the best professionals from Poland in order to destroy their life in Australia. We and our organization will do everything to obtain compensation from the Australian Government and people that made damage to us and to our organization and also to take legal action against people who are responsible for damage which is done to our health and to our organization.

In order to prevent further damage to our health we would like to ask to help us to obtain the house where we can live and work safely.
