of canonization of St. Jadwiga (Hedwig) Queen 8

Mass in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Melbourne
St. Patrick’s Cathedral - general view This
year we celebrated St. Jadwiga’s Feast in St. Patrick’s
Cathedral. Presence of Archbishop Denis Hart during the Mass confirmed
importance of that day. In
the cathedral there is a tomb of Archbishop Sir. Francisa
T. Little (died in April 2008), who was the honorary member of the Queen Jadwiga Foundation.

7 June 2009, during the Solemn Mass in the Wawel
cathedral, laureates received the awards “Queen Jadwiga’s
statues with pearl”. The awards were founded by the Queen Jadwiga Foundation, Wręczenia dokonał ks. Prałat Z. Sochacki. Solemn Mass was concelebrated by Prelate Z. Sochacki, Father prof. Jacek Urban and Infulat J. Bielanski.

Monika Sadowska, was present in the Wawel Cathedral. Laureates (2nd picture): Anna Hutek, Agnieszka
Juszczak, Marta Basznianin i Agata Mielczarek). Laureates received „life membership” w QJF. Congratulations!
